My practice covers civil, administrative and property law. I work with individuals, companies and organisations on contracts, real estate transactions, administrative acts, debt, enforcement proceedings and the protection of vulnerable persons. I provide representation before courts and administrative authorities.
I approach every matter with attention to detail, a clear explanation of the legal situation and terms agreed in advance. The aim is for the client to have a realistic assessment of the risks and possible solutions before making a decision.
Every case begins with a careful review of the documents and a clear explanation of the legal position in plain language. The work is carried out in compliance with the Bar Act and the Code of Ethics for attorneys, with full confidentiality and fee terms agreed in advance.
